For nearly three decades, Nathalie has been a recognized leader in human capital, recruitment, and brand development. Known for her intuition and ability to connect people through mutual purpose and chemistry, she brings depth, empathy, and strategy to every client relationship.

A graduate of Cornell University’s ILR School, Nathalie began her career in global consulting with Deloitte and Ernst & Young, where she designed award-winning Employer-of-Choice programs for Fortune 100 companies. She later merged her passion for people and branding at Siegel & Gale and Solomon Page, advising world-class organizations on talent and culture.

In 2002, Nathalie co-founded The Calendar Group with her husband, Steven, pioneering the boutique private staffing model rooted in trust, discretion, and personal connection. She was among the first in the industry to visit clients in their homes and family offices - a now-standard practice that reflects her belief that understanding people begins with understanding how they live.

A mother of three, Nathalie balances her leadership with creative pursuits as a writer represented by The Book Group — work that deepens her understanding of human dynamics and the art of connection. She enjoys yoga, the beach, and time with her dogs, Romeo and Moby.

Steven brings a lawyer’s precision and a producer’s instinct to every client relationship. For over 20 years, he has helped discerning families and executives navigate complex hiring decisions with clarity, discretion, and trust.

A graduate of Emory’s Goizueta Business School and Cardozo Law, Steven began his career in the entertainment industry at United Talent Agency and Sony Music before producing the Emmy-nominated documentary The Untold Story of Emmett Louis Till. That experience shaped his lifelong appreciation for truth, detail, and narrative — qualities that now define his approach to client service.

As Managing Partner, Steven oversees national searches across household, corporate, and family office roles. He is known for resourcefulness, responsiveness, and a quick strategic mind. A licensed real estate professional with Compass, he often connects clients with trusted brokers as part of a holistic advisory approach.

Steven resides in Westport, CT with Nathalie and their three children, Jadon, Aurelia, and Apollo. When not working, he enjoys fitness, food discovery, tennis, and long walks with Romeo and Moby.

Flavia joined The Calendar Group in 2019 and plays a dual role in recruitment and operations. Known for her calm precision and genuine warmth, she excels at pairing clients with candidates who bring both skill and character and creating long-term placements that run seamlessly.

She lives in Connecticut with her two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.

Jennifer brings empathy and insight to every placement. Drawing from her background in education and her own experience as a nanny, she approaches each search with understanding and care to ensure the right match for both client and candidate.

Originally from Central New Jersey, Jennifer holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Carolina and now lives in Brooklyn. She sees every placement as a puzzle worth solving, guided by her genuine desire to create harmonious homes and workplaces.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys yoga, hiking, live music, and travel.
